Throughout our first year we have gone from strength to strength with our 2012 Michelin Guide listing, Warrick Dodds Special Recognition Award through to our new listings in the 2012 Which Good Food Guide and the 2011 Hardens Guide as well as our recent nomination for the Lancashire Restaurant of the Year at the Lancashire & Cheshire Life Food and Wine Awards.
Located on Hastings Place, the Hastings opened its doors in October 2009 and is the restaurant Lytham always wanted.
Award-winning chef Warrick Dodds and his team deliver the perfect mix of value and quality in an atmosphere that brings together creative flair and mellow tradition.
Warrick, formerly head chef in Nigel Haworth’s Michelin-starred kitchen at Northcote Manor, has orchestrated the innovation of a fresh dining and drinking experience for every palate and every pocket.
The former American Express Young Chef of the Year brings a world-class career pedigree to Hastings, including positions as chef de partie at Michelin-starred Heathcotes in Longridge and senior chef de partie at three-Michelin-starred Chez Nico on London’s Park Lane.

Our regular Hastings events include our monthly wine club (last Tuesday of each month), where, for just £39.95, diners can enjoy three delicious courses and further their wine knowledge with matched wines from around the globe and a talk from Piers Mortimer from Corney & Barrow – wine supplier to the Queen, our weekly music nights and our Warrick Dodds Cookery master-classes, taking place throughout the year.
